Account Manager with Immigration Experience (full time)
Reporting To: Operations Director
Office Based: Cape Town
Salary: Negotiable Depending on Skills
Starting: Immediate or 15th January 2013
Key Responsibility:
The roles will predominantly involve management of client relationships and project management. We require a highly versatile individual who will be dealing with Multi-National Companies all over the world. The individual will need to be Compassionate, Caring and understand the stress of relocating to a new country. The role also includes procuring and facilitating research on migration laws and regulations in Central and Western Africa. Under the direction of the Managing Director and Immigration Director, you will manage relationships between immigration providers and our consultants in Africa. Self-discipline and patience is key when dealing with business issues in Africa.
Language would be an advantage in dealing with Africa French and/or Portuguese will be an advantage.

· 3 year degree or tertiary equivalent
· Project management skills
· Strong administration skills
· People skills
· Organisational ability
· Ability to work independently
· 5 years work experience
· Demonstrate a high level of Cultural Awareness
· Competent technology skills for communication and research
· Experience with all Word, Excel, and PowerPoint applications
