As part of an effort to ensure that all our team members are happy and healthy, everyone at our head office took part in a Wellness Day at the Trulogic Wellness Centre in Somerset West today.

Our team had access to a fully-equipped centre with a heated pool, fitness equipment, health assessments by a registered nurse, fitness assessments by a bio-kineticist, wellness talks, and a variety of healthy food options.

The day was highly successful, and is planned to turn into an annual event. It also provided team members with a welcome opportunity to get to know each other better. We recommend that other businesses provide their staff with similar opportunities, making wellness a priority, and emphasizing the need to stay fit and healthy.
